This Privacy Policy describes how TaapGo collects, uses, and protects user information when you use our mobile application and services.
When you use the TaapGo app, we may collect the following information:
TaapGo helps users find doctors, nursing homes, and blood donors. The app may display health-related information such as doctor details, hospital contacts, and blood donor information.
We do NOT collect or store sensitive personal health records of users. Any information shown is either publicly available or provided by users voluntarily.
We do NOT sell or rent user data. Limited information (such as name and phone number) may be shared with doctors, hospitals, or blood donors only to fulfill user requests.
We may also share data if required by law.
We retain user data only for as long as necessary to provide our services.
If a user deletes their account, their personal data will be permanently deleted within 7 to 30 days.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. However, no system is completely secure.
Users can request account deletion from the Delete Account option inside the app. Once approved, all personal data will be removed within the retention period.
The app may use third-party services (such as hosting or analytics). These services may collect limited technical data under their own privacy policies.
TaapGo does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If found, such data will be deleted.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted here.
